Truly, I guess I’d rather take a beating than have to move. Moving for me would have to rank right up there with the top ten things no one wants to do. But it happens to the best of us from time to time and for all kinds of reasons. This is when you really take notice of just how much stuff you actually have, and really you only need about half of that so the rest you could live without if you had too. But what to do with it? Well, you could and should hold a yard sell and try to make some money back off of all that old unwanted stuff. What don’t sell you could give away to family and friends, even strangers. Just because you no longer want it doesn’t mean its not worth having to someone else. But no matter what you do, after you have done everything you can do to lighten the load, you may still have things left over you need to get rid of.
Well, maybe we can help? Take a look at our header, see the page that says, WHAT WE DO AND DON’T RECYCLE? Go there and see if you have any of those things. If so, we will then come and remove these item’s for you and we will do it for free.
We Love Home Owners Associations that add us to their websites. We share the same goal as all forward thinking HOA’s do, and that is to help the home owner stay within the rules of the charter and keep their properties clean and clutter free. A clean neighborhood is a happy neighborhood that attracts the right kind of home buyer along with keeping the neighborhood property values high. In a practical sense you could say we work directly for the HOA President. Simply put lets just say we function as their go to guy when they need something done right away. Individual home owners should always notify their President that they have contacted us for removal of their unwanted metal items and that they plan on setting them outside for us to pick them up. A Little Common Courtesy goes a long way in building solid friendships and solving any would be problems that could arise.
